Christie previously worked at Solent Mortgage Services from 2000 to 2008.
Complete said they were able to recruit additional staff at their Hampshire area due to the number of mortgage and loan applications increasing over the past 12 months.
The packager attributed the increase in applications to niche and bespoke lending becoming more viable propositions for intermediaries.
