The Society has also launched a range of 2 and 5-year fixed rates available from 65% to 85% loan to value including a 2.49% 2-year fix at 65% LTV and a 3.99% 5-year fix at 85% LTV. Both products have a booking fee of £199 with an £800 arrangement fee and the new range allows 10% overpayment on all products with a legal and valuation package for remortgages.
