The Derbyshire, via its dedicated intermediary channel, has recently launched a new range of three and five year discounted rates to go with its current fixed, tracker, buy-to-let and light adverse mortgages. APS Europe introducers will benefit from the enhanced procuration fee available to all applications submitted directly to the Derbyshire with an APS Europe sticker attached.
