Available in England and Wales, 'Fees Free Legal Plus' is a fast track free legals option available on selected Platform, Mortgages plc, First National, GMAC-RFC, Kensington, Rooftop, Spectrum, Future, Beacon, Victoria, Preferred and SPML non-conforming remortgage products.

The fast track legals package, with a guaranteed ten day turnaround time from offer to completion, is available on selected medium and heavy ranges, and will be an additional opt-in, which can be used in conjunction with the existing free valuation, no application fee offer that currently exists across the em-homeloans non conforming range.
