Hollingworth joins as mortgage sales director from Countrywide where she was a national account manager working with Guy Batchelor for eight months.
Before that she was head of mortgages at SimplyBiz.
Walton will be protection sales director and joins just over a month after walking out of Personal Touch Financial Services where he was head of sales development.

Nigel Stockton, financial services director at Countrywide, said he was sorry to see Hollingworth go but wished her luck in the new role.
