Nik Lee will cover the North West, Scott Leach will support the Midlands, Chris Hobson will operate in the North, Abigail Challen will cover London while Richard Gray will focus on the North East and Scotland.
Enterprise says its rapid growth underlines the rising demand for its products, the resurgence of the secured lending sector and the strengthening of the UK economy as a whole.
Harry Landy, director of Enterprise Finance, said: “The secured loans market is growing at a rate of knots while the demand for bridging is also as strong as ever.
“Right now, we see an opportunity to acquire even more market share and grow the Enterprise brand throughout the UK.
“Hiring more expertise is the best way to position ourselves for our anticipated growth.”
The number of secured loans being taken out has risen by 36% year-on-year according to figures from the Finance Leasing Association.
