Equifinance has tasked Marshall with guiding the business through the regulatory requirements as the industry moves towards the Mortgage Credit Directive in 2016.
Marshall, who has 25 years of experience in consumer and commercial financial services distribution, was formally managing director of Payplan Financial Services and sales director at Exclusive Connections.
Payne previously worked at specialist lenders Swift Advances and Ford Motor Credit.
They will work alongside sales director Luke O’Sullivan.
