Collins joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where he was responsible for application fraud prevention and detection operations for retail products, and had oversight of property risk.
Reporting to Ronan Jennings and joining the e.surv board, Collins will be responsible for the further development, design and implementation of risk management solutions and control measures that enhance achievement of the business objectives.
He will oversee the effectiveness of the risk and audit and technical and compliance functions, and will work alongside the business and clients to agree and maintain an ongoing risk plan, developing processes that enable strong business accountability and awareness of risk at various levels of management.
