Former CHL Mortgages head of operations Keith Murrell takes up the role of chief operations officer and Sunny Lo joins as chief financial officer with Jannie Vermeulen coming in as chief credit and risk officer.
CHL Mortgages national sales manager Ross Turrell takes up the role of sales director whilst former So Simple Mortgages chief executive and Slater Rhodes principal Philip Tebbatt joins as chief legal officer.

Earlier this month Mortgage Introducer exclusively revealed that Fleet Mortgages is planning to target the specialist end of the buy-to-let market including HMO’s and professional landlords.
Young said he hopes to quickly establish Fleet in the intermediary space. And he added: “Our aim is to build a successful, sustainable business and become the natural first port of call for any broker looking for a specialist lender to meet the complexities of their clients.
“All the staff at Fleet Mortgages are absolutely committed to making this business a success and we will be outlining how we will achieve this over the coming weeks.

Fleet Mortgages is planning to launch in mid November.
