Ratcliffe joins the team from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, while Perren has made the move from Key Personal Finance.
Tim Wheeldon, joint managing director of Fluent Money, said: “It’s wonderful to welcome two new colleagues to the Fluent Money team. Emma and Clinton are bringing with them a high calibre of expertise, and we look forward to the work they will be doing with our loan introducers to build on Fluent’s dedication to excellent customer service.”
Both will be responsible for developing relationships with loan introducers and building on the current Fluent portfolio.
Fluent said the appointments will further support the business’s commitment to quality customer service and providing clients with the most competitive loans.
The appointments of Ratcliffe and Perren follow a 75% employment increase for the company in 2012, with further appointments expected later in 2013.
