The app helps clients to track the progress of their loan in real time. Version 2.0 includes embedded animated videos at each stage of the approval process and push notifications, ensuring clients are alerted to any new developments as soon as they occur.

Those applying for a loan can use the app to communicate with their dedicated case manager and monitor each stage of the loan approval process.
The app is available on both Apple and Android phones. Since its release in January the free app has had an extremely positive effect on services with clients reporting a smoother and easier loan application.
