The Suitability Report Generator is already being used by Barclays Bank PLC as a key component of their Point of Sale solution, built by Focus in 2005, for their ‘Select Choice’ financial planning proposition.
Focus’ new tool is flexible, fully customisable, easy to use and can be deployed both online and offline to deliver a comprehensive and robust suitability reporting module. The tool can be easily integrated into provider and distributor sales solutions, with minimal internal development effort required, helping to reduce support and maintenance costs. The Suitability Report Generator is a component of Focus’ MCA (Multi-Channel Advice), a single solution that enables effective electronic trading across multiple distribution channels.
Following the introduction of Regulation for both the mortgage and general insurance sectors, Focus has also developed versions of the Suitability Reporting module for these two markets. Clients will therefore receive concise, documented evidence of the whole transaction, ensuring compliant advice and promoting a consistent high quality premium service from advisers. This service incorporates the sale of multiple products in one single report and can be personalised and branded to meet the organisation’s requirements.
