Called The Valet Package Service, it offers a free valuation and a low application fee of £75. Conveyancing would be organised and monitored by The Mortgage Packager.
The service will be formally launched at LighthouseGroups' mortgage and protection event at Ardencote Manor on 4th June.
Tony Gough, managing director of the Mortgage Packager, said: “The service can make a real contribution to reducing the cost of changing or obtaining a new mortgage product and has been developed with treating customers fairly (TCF) firmly front of mind. The initial proposition using TMB and BM Solutions products is a reflection of our relationship with these companies. The Mortgage Packager.co.uk plans to role out the service with its whole range later in the year.”
