Pritchard has over 20 years of real estate lending experience and will be based in the capital.
He joins from Precise Mortgages, where he spent nearly seven years, the last five as head of sales.
Pritchard has also previously worked at Principality Building Society where he was business development manager and interim head of intermediary sales.
In his new position, Pritchard will be responsible for establishing the firm’s regional and national offering, and will lead a team of six BDMs focused on its existing regulated and unregulated bridging products.
