A rate of 2.49% is available for first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers while new build customers can access a rate of 2.79%.
Ian Wilson, head of Halifax Intermediaries, said: "This is the third in a series of rate reductions we have made in as many weeks providing brokers with an even more competitive suite of products to offer their clients.”
Both products have a fee of £999 with a fee-free option at 2.89% and 3.19% respectively.
