Neil started his career at Arthur Andersen, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1998 before becoming a senior manager in their financial services practice.
He then joined Bear Stearns in 2001 where as a managing director he helped develop the European mortgage and consumer asset desk, specialising in the UK non-conforming sector.
During his time at Bear Stearns, he provided capital markets support for numerous UK mortgage lenders and also helped set up a principal UK mortgage business. Earlier this year he joined Bank of America Securities, establishing a mortgage referral programme for a subsidiary company.
