Having achieved its three year recruitment target in the first 12 months of business, the new appointments will strengthen Home of Choice’s Business Support Team, adding value to brokers’ businesses by delivering robust training, safe sales and 24/7 compliance.
Lindsey Forth is Area Business Support Manager for the North. He joined Home of Choice from MGM.
“I am looking forward to developing this new role, working closely with the mortgage businesses in this region to help maximise their profits.”
The Area Business Support Manager for the Midlands is Colin Keast . He has 25 years of financial services experience, including working for Zurich and Wesleyan.
"I have taken on this new role at an exciting time for the organisation as Home Of Choice has reached its first milestone and is growing from strength to strength. Building a strong team and making a positive difference to brokers in the Midlands will be an exciting challenge for me."
Alan Gill joined Home of Choice as Business Support Manager in May and earlier this month was promoted to Area Business Support Manager covering the South. Alan was previously franchise development manager and senior T&C manager with Openwork.
Richard Coulson, Chief Executive, Home of Choice said:
"Our Area Business Support Managers play a key role in supporting our brokers. These three appointments add further expertise and experience to the talented Home of Choice team, and underpin our commitment to implementing robust compliance, ensuring every sale is a safe sale.”
He continued: “The role of the Business Support Team is crucial, adding value to brokers’ businesses and driving their profits forward. I cannot understand why at least one other network is rationalising their equivalent function. They cannot be serving their members properly or as they deserve.”
