Stephen Bloor has 16 years' regulated sales management experience and joins the Institute from Bristol & West plc. Based in York, he is responsible for developing close relationships with the Institute's many corporate customers.
Robert McAulay also has extensive experience in business banking and sales roles gained at the National Australia Group. Based in Glasgow, Robert is responsible for developing the Institute's business in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Both Stephen and Robert will be working with customers under the wing of the Financial Regulation Faculty, which offers qualifications and on-going competence tools for people working in financial advice, mortgage advice and general insurance as well as those performing key customer-facing functions in the front office or through call centres.
