Infinity mortgages sends brokers to Marks & Sparks
Infinity’s will reward brokers with a £25 M&S voucher for every mortgage application which fits its criteria. When an offer is issued the broker will be sent a further £25 of vouchers and on completion the valuation fee will be refunded, in full, to the broker. The scheme runs until the end of September 2004
B&B announces rate increase
Following the increase in base rate by the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee, Bradford & Bingley (B&B) has announced that it will increase its SVR by 0.3 per cent from 6.54 per cent to 6.84 per cent. This will come into effect from 5 September 2004.
