The award-winning site has been developed and tested among 75 leading mortgage intermediaries and has been redesigned to further improve service with fast, user-friendly case tracking, 24/7 access and an extensive library of documents online.
Commenting on the redesign, Jonathan Sadler, igroup’s sales & marketing director, said: “We are constantly working on new ways to improve the efficiency and ease of the introducer-lender business relationship. iZone gives our brokers a constantly open window into our processes and operations, allowing them to monitor their business with us anytime, anywhere.”
Changes to the site include improved case tracking, round the clock access, improved login procedures & security, hyperlinks to more useful sites such as mining searches, and a breakdown of disbursements available pre-completion.
Survey feedback from a test roll out of the site has revealed that: 8 in 10 users found the new iZone excellent or above average compared to similar services offered by other lenders. in terms of adding value, 92 per cent of brokers find the improved case tracking the most valuable tool for their business. for ease of use, 82 per cent said it took less than two hours to familiarise themselves with the new site.
