Spearheaded by national sales manager, Tom Gurrie, and his team of regional business development managers, the Buddy campaign’s goal is to increase the number of introducers TFC deals with by 25 per cent over the next 12 months.
“We believe that there are many specialist intermediaries operating in the sub-prime market who are not currently getting the levels of service and the business support they deserve from their existing packager,” said Tom Gurrie. “As the industry’s leading specialist packaging organisation, we are a natural home for these people - and their clients.”
TFC currently has a 1,000-strong intermediary network that offers a comprehensive range of sub-prime mortgage products nationally. All of the UK’s sub-prime lenders are members of the firm’s lending panel.
Added Tom Gurrie: “These people may already have a good relationship with a packager in terms of where they place their prime business. That’s okay by us. All we ask is that new partners join forces with us in relation to any future sub-prime or non-conforming deals that they generate.”
