She will be responsible for the effective and efficient processing of new mortgage applications to the Society and maintaining the standard of customer service.
Langley-Brook is no stranger to mortgages as in her previous role she delivered high standards of customer care to borrowers who had completed on their mortgage. This new role will pick up applications from branches, intermediaries, the Society's call centre (based in Leeds) and the internet and will involve processing a mortgage application up to issuing the funds to customers.
When not at work Langley-Brook enjoys travelling to warm and exotic destinations and spending time with family and friends. Commenting on her appointment she said, "I have been with the Society for 12 years now and this is the most exciting challenge so far. I am really looking forward to reviewing and improving how we process mortgages so that our customers receive an even better service."
