Since the system was launched two months ago, the proportion of applicants with immediate acceptance has risen from 48.3% to 52.3%. OLP Connect has been built with a greater degree of underwriting decision-making capability as part of the system, making it more sophisticated and better able to assess risk than the old OLP system.
Further developments to the underwriting capability of OLP Connect are planned this year, designed to improve the ratio of applicants accepted at point of sale even further.
