Yolanda joins Link Lending from Mortgage Express where she worked as a mortgage underwriter for five years and, prior to that, she worked for Global Home Loans for two years.
Reporting to John Maclean, Link Lending’s managing director, Yolanda’s responsibilities include assessing the commercial risk of loan applications and making recommendations on cases that are outside of current lending criteria. This includes analysing borrower accounts and other financial information determining credit status, reviewing valuations and legal documents, and liaising with third party professionals relating to borrower applications and offers.
