Magnet Capital has seen considerable growth since the property market reopened in May 2020, recording its best month since launching in 2018.
Magnet Capital has expanded its underwriting and operations team with the appointment of Rachel Taylor as operations executive.
Taylor has joined from the Glass Property Group, a residential property developer specialising in London and the Home Counties, where she was responsible for managing the due diligence on potential development sites.
Magnet Capital has seen considerable growth since the property market reopened in May 2020, recording its best month since launching in 2018.
The level of new business written has risen by 33%, with enquiries also up significantly year-on-year.
