The product is a 3-year discount to 70% loan-to-value at 1.1% below the lender’s standard variable rate – currently 4.49%.
Borrowers can take out between £50,000 and £300,000, while the product incurs a £199 application fee and £1,300 completion fee which can be added onto the loan.
