By 31 October all valid acceptances of the Offer complete in all respects had been received in respect of 27,043,298 Exchange FS shares, which represents approximately 95.6 per cent of the issued share capital of Exchange FS.
Since the admittance the market has remained steady and the share price has remained unchanged at £157.50.
It is expected that Exchange FS will now make a serious push into the mortgage sourcing and trading arena.
