Cawood, who has joined as a business development manager, is experienced in operations and sales having worked as head of new business at Capital Home Loans in the 90s. She later became head of business development at Legal & General, a national sales manager for Precise Mortgages and a national account manager at LendInvest.
Ginny Warby, who has been made a business development executive, has joined Masthaven from Suite Loans where she was finance co-ordinator. Before that she worked at Only Bridging as a business development executive.
Masthaven said it has ambitious growth plans and these appointments are part of its wider strategy to expand business in line with other divisions within the group.
