The seminars, with over 1,400 brokers expected to attend, started in Glasgow on 3 February and finish in Brighton on 31 March. (See box table below)
Topics for discussion include regulatory choices, the mortgage selling rules, the mortgage sales process, disclosure requirements including the Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) and Key Facts Illustration (KFI), training and competence, reporting, monitoring and enforcement, and the application process.
