Surveying firm Gateway Surveyors has announced that Melton Building Society has joined its roster of high-profile clients as a panel manager.

This announcement follows a string of similar appointments, with Hanley Economic Building Society, Fleet Mortgages, and Earl Shilton Building Society also renewing their contracts over the last months with Gateway Surveyors, which is part of SimplyBiz.
The Derby-based firm became one brand when three of SimplyBiz’s surveying arms – Gateway, Landmark, and Sonas – were combined in 2020.
According to Simon Taylor, chief executive at the Melton Building Society, their partnership with the surveying company was established because “they align with us as a business, allowing us to better support our customers with a more secure and more efficient mortgage journey.”
