Following on from the success of the Buy-to-Let (BTL) Forums held in October 2006, MI, in association with The Mortgage Times Group, will be holding seminars in Manchester, Cardiff and London, focusing on the BTL market, maximising revenue and technological developments in the non-conforming arena.
Chris May, director of The Mortgage Times Group, said: “The inaugural 2006 forum was a massive success for everyone involved; we were delighted at just how many high quality brokers were in attendance, and the event was extremely well organised offering a wide scope of information about a thriving sector in the industry.
“These forums provide valuable insight for brokers building a portfolio, and offer real value for years to come.”
He added: “The MI brand is one we are proud to be associated with, and highlighting the issues affecting the market such as product development and technological advancement is a vitally important issue.”
James Bryden, of JB Estates Ltd, who attended the BTL Forum in Manchester, said: “I found the day very interesting and it was good to hear all of the different opinions about the BTL market from those actively involved in it.
“Anything that helps has to be applauded. Unless people keep up-to-date with technological developments, they could find themselves left behind, so it is a good idea to have a discussion.”
The seminars will be held in May, September and November. For more details please contact Nichola McVey from the events team on 020 7250 4217.
