Nikki started her financial services career with RBS and during her career has worked for organisations such as Skipton Building Society, Lutine Assurance, and Alliance and Leicester. Having obtained her FPC and MAQ, she joined Mortgage 2000 in July 2002 and was instrumental in the development of the unique remote processing system- Casemaster.
Her new role has responsibility for the key relationships that impact on both the M2 D (packaging arm) and Casemaster areas of the business. She will report directly to managing director Sean Hornsby.
He commented: “As a business, we focus on key relationships, and Nikki has proven that she has the skills to handle these effectively. It is not an easy role having responsibility for looking after some of our most important business contacts, but I’m confident she will be extremely successful.”
