Pioneered to coincide with M-Day and make the lives of intermediary’s easier in the demanding new environment, the service is exclusive to m2-d&p and is available on all cases that are processed through their packaging service.
This initiative now enables m2-d&p’s in house team of qualified mortgage advisers to process cases on the intermediary’s behalf in their absence. Should the case be declined, an equally suitable alternative will be sourced, maintaining a consistent flow in the application process and ensuring minimum disruption to the customer.
As m2-d&p is an appointed representative of m2i, the intermediary can rest assured that all business transacted on their behalf by the m2-d&p locum service is fully compliant with the new regulatory guidelines.
Vanessa Blount, General Manager of m2-d&p said: “We are delighted to be the first in the market to offer this pioneering service. This demonstrates how m2-d&p is maintaining its role as a leading packager by continuously striving to introduce new services and provide exemplary customer service standards”.
“This service has been designed with the intermediary’s needs in mind. They will have the assurance that when they are taking time off, all will continue smoothly in their absence, giving them peace of mind, and saving enormous amounts of time and effort. The customer will continue to receive efficient service even when the intermediary is not available”.
