Both posts are based at MAB’s headquarters in Derby.
Prior to joining MAB, Andy, 38, worked as a Sales Development Manager with Bradford & Bingley, and he has also held positions with Norwich Union, Britannic Assurance and Commercial Union. He commented: “Since joining MAB my sense of job satisfaction has quadrupled. It is fantastic to be involved with a company that is rapidly growing, but is still at a size where things can be improved without the complications inherent in bringing change to larger organisations.”
Samantha Elder joined MAB from Bradford & Bingley, where she worked as a Sales and Development Trainer. She was impressed by MAB’s enthusiasm and ambition to be the best and its willingness to listen to new ideas. In her role, she is working to design a number of new training sessions for various areas of the business. She commented: “I enjoy nothing better than developing people and seeing the results. I like my training courses to be interactive with the delegates talking and sharing ideas as much as possible.”
Peter Brodnicki, CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau, commented: “We are dedicated to training all our staff to superior levels. The appointment of two key personnel reflects MAB’s dedication to the training process and will prove invaluable in maintaining the business’s reputation as a customer-orientated organisation.”
