Mortgage Bureau members will benefit from free valuations for the rest of the year on all Rooftop Mortgages’ products accessed through Rooftop Direct.
Mortgage Bureau head of sales Mike Lloyd said: "We are delighted with this addition to our lender panel and product range. I am confident that it will strengthen both our franchise and direct to broker propositions. I believe that Rooftop's market leading capped rates should prove to be very popular. We have therefore made the decision to offer a free valuation on all Rooftop products for the rest of the year. This is in addition to the attractive £75 valuation we have with some of our other panel lenders."
