Report delves into challenges mortgage brokers face amid economic uncertainty
The UK mortgage industry is enduring turbulence resulting from bruising economic conditions. However, this year’s Mortgage Introducer (MI) top brokers in the UK are still thriving in the face of adversity and delivering exemplary services.
MI found the UK’s top brokers for 2022 by seeking nominations across the country.
The MI team asked the nominees a series of questions related to the challenges they face to develop insights into the mortgage market. Afterwards, the team validated the detailed submission forms and used them to prepare this year’s list. The top brokers were determined and ranked based on the total value of residential loans settled in the 2021 calendar year, the number of loans, and year-on-year growth rates.
Among this year’s winners are:
- Rebecca Shuttle – principal, MIMA Mortgage and Protection Advice
- Monica Bradley – managing director, MB Associates
