Already highly successful in the role of Mortgage Talk Operations Director, Andrew joined the company in 1995 as a senior mortgage sales consultant, after success as a senior mortgage underwriter with the Royal Bank of Scotland. More recently, he took on the role of developing Mortgage Talk's new homes department for builders, followed by time spent as the company's Technical Director, with overall responsibility for development of all the company's new products and services.
This latest promotion sees Frankish assuming overall responsibility for Mortgage Talk's sales campaign, as well as spearheading external and internal communications processes. Founding directors Peter Birch and Steven Mansfield will continue with active roles within Mortgage Talk, encompassing
wider strategic planning and direction.
'Our estate agency contacts, franchise operators, new build sites and builder clients will all benefit from an increasingly hands-on approach to our customer sales and service provisions. All principals within these organisations will have a dedicated point of contact that will ensure the best possible customer service and relationship management,' states Frankish.
'The last few years have seen Mortgage Talk experience huge growth, thanks to the hard work of all our staff and directors. My new role will aim to harness all Mortgage Talk's talents to reach our objective of being the UK's biggest and best mortgage broker. As Managing Director, one of my tasks will be to oversee the operational changes that will allow us to achieve this
goal,' he adds.
