Backing up this service, created as a result of feedback from the builder and developer marketplace, Mortgage Talk also promises that prospective clients can obtain an appointment to discuss their finance options within 48 hours of making first contact. Moreover, the company also guarantee to make a formal mortgage offer within 22 days of initial contact, subject to status.
