The nationwide mortgage aggregator has signed up several new business partners in the first two months of this year and now has a team of 20 affiliates across the capital and a new City office .
Managing director Kevin Duffy said: “Having spent the last five years telling various folk that there’s more to brokerage-life than what you see in London, it’s slightly ironic that this is now our fastest growing region!
“The guys there are on schedule to place over £250m worth of loans this year and the demographic benefits speak for themselves.
“As a business we have no grand plans to partner with much more than the 100 quality brokers we presently do - although there are some interesting opportunities emerging elsewhere in the country as certain practitioners come to realise that life as a DA entity does actually have some compelling advantages.“
