Mr Healy, who has been Senior Manager of Irish Permanent in the UK for the past 10 years, will head-up the sales teams of Capital Home Loans and Irish Permanent. Both companies are part of Irish Life & Permanent.
He will continue to be based at IP’s Hammersmith, London head office.
Mr Healy said: “We have made an extremely good start tothe yearso I am looking forward to the rest of 2004 - especially given the strength of our product range. Our 90% self-certification product and our buy-to-let range will continue to prove to be very attractive to brokers.”
