The move reflects eMoneyfacts’ commitment to staying well ahead of the competition through continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback from intermediaries.
In terms of usability, feedback from eMoneyfacts’ more than 6000 registered users has been acted upon swiftly to make use of the portal even easier and more intuitive. Even the first time user should find site navigation extremely quick and easy.
In terms of new content, the enhancements include:
- ePages for savings, offshore savings, cards, loans and economic data.
Along with the existing ePages for mortgages, these are interactive versions of the pages of data in Moneyfacts magazine. They have the added benefit of being continuously updated and the data can be edited and sorted as specified by the user.
The economic data ePages cover Bank Base Rate, FTSE, Inflation, Average Earnings, LIBOR, Finance House Base Rate and Mortgage Rates.
- Mortgage Search has also undergone significant improvements.
The results display of the search has been revamped so it is easier to compare products. There is also a lot more data on the results page so users can see instantly the features and costs of the mortgages. The search scans Moneyfacts’ entire mortgage database of over 8,000 products and with the new improvements it is even easier for advisers to find the best deal for their client.
- Moneyfacts Mortgage Hub has also been enhanced.
With mortgage regulation now upon us, the Mortgage Hub is the instant solution for lenders to ensure that intermediaries have access to their compliant KFIs.
The hub also gives access to all other intermediary services provided by lenders – approvals in principle, online applications and case tracking. Where a lender doesn’t yet offer a web-based KFI system, the Hub provides an automated email request so the lender can produce the KFI manually on their in-house system, and email or fax it back to the intermediary.

“eMoneyfacts has already received great feedback from its users. The improvements to the site design and navigation make it even easier for our users to find the information they are looking for. The additional content is just a start to the new features and tools we will be adding to eMoneyfacts over coming months.”
