APS Europe is a service for IFAs and other introducers who provide mortgage and bridging loan services for property transactions both in the UK and Europe.
The club has a lender panel made up of 35 banks and financial institutions, that cover a wide range of mortgage products and markets.
The term ‘direct submission’ simply means that the club, rather than the introducer, deals with the lender in that it will conduct the research, undertake negotiations with the lenders and look after compliance issues.
Michael Goldman, managing director of APS Europe, said: "We saw an opportunity to attract introducers by establishing a direct submission mortgage club that is not tied to particular financial institutions and one that does not have reciprocal agreements or restrictions. No fees are involved and introducers can feel confident that with access to so many products they will be getting the best mortgage deal for their clients."
