As Sales Director at UKValuations, Guy will be responsible for developing new markets for the Automated Valuation Model and working with the established client base to develop new solutions for lenders, surveyors and brokers.

His knowledge of cutting edge mortgage processing and surveying businesses together with long experience within lender risk management operations give him a particularly insightful view of the AVM market.’
Guy brings to the company his long experience within the Barclays Group mortgage business in a broad range of roles including underwriting, arrears collection and management of supplied services.
He was instrumental in the successful delivery of Barclays Group survey and valuation work within the newly acquired survey company Ekins and in 2002 he took on a senior role there in charge of business development and relationship management.
