Rates on its 1.5 and 2 Year Flexible Fixed mortgages with no extended Early Repayment Charge now start from 4.59% and 4.69% respectively. Borrowers taking advantage of Northern Rock’s Arrangement Fee Save option can choose from rates starting at 5.09% and 5.15% respectively.
A new 75% LTV tier has been added to the 5, 7, 10 and 15 Year Flexible Fixed range. Rates now start at 5.59%.
Reductions to the ‘together’ 2 and 3 Year Fixed have resulted in a starting rate of 6.39%.
All of these products are fully flexible, offer £1,000 Help with Costs benefit and have the option of paying no arrangement fee.
