The scheme is designed for graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are looking for a career within Financial Services, and will provide a fantastic platform into an innovative and fast paced industry.
Graduates will immediately benefit from one to one guidance at OFM’s specialist training academy, completing a course that has been specially designed to provide the very best advice and information required to create highly successful mortgage advisors.
All graduates will initially be employed full time whilst they complete their induction programme, culminating in them gaining full authorisation from Personal Touch Financial Services to become a Mortgage and Protection advisor. OFM will continue their support helping suitable candidates to start their own business.
