The company has tripled its business volumes this year and is now seeking to appoint a senior underwriter to head up its underwriting team as well as a telesales manager to establish a telesales team.
Mel Fordham, managing director of Olympian Financial, said that the company's main aim is to establish a firm structure with a sales team that concentrates on building and maintaining relationships with introducers and an underwriting team that processes applications. "We want to make sure that the company has a clear structure. This way we can work to build on our success and drive the business forward."
Olympian Financial is also in the process of establishing an office infrastructure to help it cope with business volumes installing a predictive dialler from British Telecom to cope with the influx of calls the company is expecting.
In a further move to help Olympian Financials expansion plans, it recently promoted Brian Hayes to the role of sales director. He was originally general manager. He will be responsible for the business development team at Olympian Financial and will be seeking to forge strong relationships with brokers as the company continues to expand.
