Mary-Anne McIntyre, chief executive officer at Openwork, said: “Philip brings with him a wealth of experience in many financial services sectors and areas including investments, platforms and advice businesses, as well as a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges advisers face over the coming years.
“His knowledge and enthusiasm will be hugely beneficial to us as we continue to drive the business forward for the benefit of our owner-advisers.”
Martin said: “I am very pleased to be joining the business at such an exciting time for advisers and Openwork in particular.
“The business has a clear strategy in place to support advisers of all types through the transition to the RDR and beyond and I look forward to helping Openwork fulfil its undoubted potential.”
