Precise Mortgages join the lender panels with immediate effect and will now be accessible to all Paradigm’s DA and network AR member firms.
This relatively new non-bank lender is exclusively dedicated to the intermediary market and is active in both the homeowner and buy-to-let mortgage markets.
The lender offers intermediary users a state of the art online mortgage platform which allows brokers to:
• Park and retrieve cases at their leisure.
• Track cases easily and view case history with the Case Management system.
• Receive automatic SMS text message case updates.
• Access online mortgage offers.
• Receive speedy decisions-in-principle.
Paradigm Mortgage Services and PFA member firms are now able to register with Precise Mortgages and can then begin transacting business straight away.
John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, commented: “Adding Precise Mortgages to our lender panels shows again the commitment we have at Paradigm to bring top-level and innovative lenders to our membership.
“Precise Mortgages is clearly dedicated to the intermediary market and it is pleasing to be one of the distributors offering its products to advisers. Advisers should be aware that Precise Mortgages is particularly focused on the significant and growing number of borrowers that have been locked out of getting a mortgage through traditional high-street means.
“To that end, this is a lender looking to aid the recovery of the UK mortgage market and we, at Paradigm, believe that its range of products, service and expertise in this area will be of real interest to our member firms.
“Precise Mortgages is a lender that works to the highest standards for the benefits of borrowers by ensuring processes and procedures are appropriate, and its training and decision-making reinforce the right actions.
“We would urge all our DA and AR firms to review its proposition and we look forward to working with the Precise Mortgages management team to ensure a strong and healthy relationship now and into the future.”
Alan Cleary, managing director at Precise Mortgages, said: “Precise Mortgages’ research suggests that over 500,000 people are finding it difficult to secure a mortgage with high-street lenders as a result of the credit squeeze. I am very confident about the quality of Paradigm’s mortgage business and together we will bring more mortgage products to the market.”
