The videos can be recorded as unstructured CPD learning for advisers
Mortgage distributor Paradigm has launched Paradigm Insights, a series of short interviews with senior lending personnel looking at how they see the market in the first quarter of 2023, and the rest of the year.
The three special edition Insight videos include interviews with Richard Howes, Paradigm’s director of mortgages; Ian Andrew, director of intermediary relationships at Nationwide Building Society; Graham Sellar, head of business development at Santander; and Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation Home Loans.
According to Paradigm, each interview covers the experts’ views on how the intermediary mortgage market might play out in the early part of the year, plus the potential challenges to be aware of. Topics covered in the videos include the green agenda, product transfer opportunities, the Stamp Duty effect, and digital innovations that will support advisers.
Paradigm’s three Insight videos on the new year, which can be recorded as unstructured CPD learning for advisers, can be viewed on its website.
The mortgage club has a wide range of additional CPD activities in a number of different formats via its free-to-use CPD Academy.
“With 2022 having been a rollercoaster of a year for the mortgage market, we wanted to get the views of three senior lending representatives to hear how they see the early part of 2023 proceeding, what opportunities there are for advisers and where the future challenges might lie,” Richard Howes (pictured), director of mortgages at Paradigm, commented.
“These three Paradigm Insights videos are now able to view on our website, plus a range of other CPD content can also be accessed by registering with us. Throughout the year, we’ll continue to add more to our CPD Academy to ensure adviser members are fully up to date and on top of the market.”
