As part of the agreement, Paradigm members will have access to Dashboard back-office and sourcing system IT structures. Mortgage and client management systems will also be made available to members.
Members who opt for the service will receive a free trial, which includes its web based system, two way integration with trigold’s Prospector AAA solution and pre-population of information from Easier2Move and Webline services.
John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “We are able to offer all Paradigm members access to the Dashboard system at a discounted price.
By offering Dashboard to members we are aiming to encourage compliant businesses through the use of this mortgage and client management system.”
Bob Hunt, chief executive at Dashboard admitted that with the Financial Services Authority setting a tough regulatory stance, intermediaries would be looking for support from other sources. He said: “Compliance is playing a bigger role in intermediaries businesses and anything that can help save time should be welcomed. Exclusive deals are not as sought after as they were and brokers want more than just links to cheaper offers from distribution channels.”
Rob Clifford, chief executive at Mortgageforce, welcomed the enhancements. He said: “This offer is not very innovative but it is a useful tool and our similar strategy has proved to be very popular.”
